• All rates are in New Zealand Dollars.
• Room rates include the New Zealand Government Goods & Services Tax (GST), currently at 12.5%.
• Room rates are subject to change should the New Zealand Government make changes to the level of GST.
• Room rates include Continental Breakfast
• Rates are per room per night, based on occupancy by one or two adults for all guestrooms except the two-bedroom TreeHouse rate is based on occupancy of four people.

Extra Person Rates

Lodge King Room: 

• $75.00 inclusive GST per adult, 1 maximum

Olive House Apartment:

• First child free - additional children $50.00 incl GST per child, 3 children maximum
• Additional Adults - $75.00 incl GST per adult, 2 maximum

Two Bedroom TreeHouse:

• Additional children $50.00 incl GST per child, 1 maximum
• Additional Adults - $75.00 incl GST per adult, 1 maximum

Non Smoking

Hapuku Lodge has a no smoking policy throughout the interior of the Lodge, Guest rooms, TreeHouses and Olive House Apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.

Children

The six guest rooms within the Lodge and one bedroom TreeHouses are not suitable for the accommodation of children under the age of twelve (12). The Olive House two-bedroom TreeHouses can accommodate children of all ages.

Cancellation Policy:

To be effective and enforceable, a cancellation must be in writing and shall have been received by Hapuku Lodge. Fees in the amounts hereinafter set forth shall be payable in the event of cancellation of a confirmed reservation:

• a) 35% if cancelled within thirty (30) days of the booked arrival date;
• b) 50% if cancelled within ten (10) days of the booked arrival date and 100% if cancelled within three (3) days of the booked arrival date.
