Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly.
As a result, we must adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made in writing 30 days prior to arrival date. Bookings not cancelled by this time will be charged the following cancellation fees:
Within 7 days of arrival 100% of total rate charged.
Within 8 – 15 days of arrival 50% of total rate charged.
Within 16- 30 days of arrival 35% of total rate charged.
Group Booking and Cancellation Policy
Group Bookings are considered as parties of 4 rooms or more and are subject to the following booking and cancellation terms:
60 days prior to arrival – a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rate is due.
30 days prior to arrival – The remaining balance is due.
Cancellations must be made in writing 60 days prior to arrival date. Bookings not cancelled by this time will be charged the following cancellation fees:
Within 30 days of arrival 100% of total rate charged.
Within 31 – 60 days of arrival 50% of total rate charged.
Considerations for partial cancellations will be at our discretion.
