Guest Services/Front of House Professional
Hapuku Lodge + Tree Houses is seeking applications from talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our outstanding team to deliver an exceptional experience through sensible conversation and provision of efficient, friendly and genuine hospitality.
This critical role is often the first impression our guests receive when they contact & stay with us. The primary responsibilities of this role are in the use of complex reservation systems, guest & travel trade liaison and telephone enquiries. In addition this role has responsibility for our Eco policy, practices and activities. As part of a small team you will also assist in the front of house service for our guests.
To be part of a great team the successful applicant will be a dedicated, passionate tourism & hospitality champion, who thrives in an energetic and vibrant environment where the guests experience is paramount.
This role is predominantly during the day with mornings starting at 7am. Hours are across a 5-day rostered week which may include weekends. As part of a small team flexibility in rostered hours is essential.
