Our Ethos
At Hapuku Lodge, food is at the heart of everything we do.
Our chefs create food that nourishes both body and spirit, seasonal, flavourful, and deeply connected to the Kaikōura landscape. Much of what we serve is grown in our own kitchen garden, which is abundant with herbs, vegetables, fruit, and edible flowers. We also partner with local farmers, gardeners and fishermen to source the freshest ingredients available.
