All sessions are by appointment, allowing you to receive personalised guidance in a safe container. Each experience blends mindful yoga, somatic movement, meditation, deep restoration and body based rituals to meet you exactly where you are. All levels are welcome.

Yoga, Meditation & Deep Rest Menu

Bespoke Private Yoga & Somatic Movement

60–75 min | $150–$187.50 NZD

A personalised private session for one or two people, offering moment-to-moment, attuned guidance based on the unique needs of each body and nervous system. Sessions blend gentle yoga, somatic movement, breath, meditation, and body-based rituals, and are guided intuitively rather than following a fixed structure.

Through attuned guidance of mindful movement, we allow the body’s innate intelligence to guide us toward wellbeing. Moving at your own pace, you can metabolise your experiences, unravel tension, and leave feeling resourced and connected.

Please note that Bespoke Yoga is intentionally limited to a maximum of two guests allowing for depth of individual attention and therapeutic quality to be maintained.

 

Meditation & Deep Rest

60 min | $150 NZD

A deeply restorative guided experience for one or two people, designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, and inner spaciousness. This session is primarily receptive rather than interactive, allowing guests to be gently guided into stillness through meditation, Yoga Nidra, breath awareness, sound, and somatic sensing, all while settling into the natural rhythm of your body and surroundings.

Unlike the Bespoke Private Yoga & Somatic Movement sessions, this offering follows a soft, steady arc rather than moment-to-moment individual tailoring, making it especially supportive for individuals or couples seeking shared rest and integration. Leave feeling grounded, calm, and deeply restored.

 

Mini Group Retreat

2 hours | $375 NZD (3–5 people)

A small group immersive experience designed specifically for shared sessions of three or more people, integrating yoga, somatic movement, meditation, sound healing, and reflection. Every session is co-created and attuned to the group’s energy, set in natural surroundings.

While still intimate and thoughtfully guided, this offering follows a more structured group flow rather than fully individualised, moment-to-moment attunement. Ideal for friends, families, or small private groups seeking collective restoration.

Meet Your Facilitator

Caroline is a teacher and devoted student, deeply drawn to the vast landscape of human nature. Her work is informed by years of immersion in Yoga, Meditation, Trauma-Sensitive Spaces, Somatic and Craniosacral Therapy, alongside thousands of hours of personal practice, teaching, and retreat spaces held in New Zealand and around the world. Her offerings are rooted in lived experience rather than concept alone and through attuned heart-led guidance, Caroline creates spaces for rest, reconnection, and a sense of safety within the body.
