All the food served in our dining room is prepared in the Lodgeโs kitchen, including our breads, stocks, ice cream, jams, jellies, and even the peanut butter. Our Head Chef modifies the menus seasonally to take full advantage of what is fresh and assure that the best game and seafood available is on the plate.
